Bobby is a Senior Associate in the commercial team, practicing in general corporate and commercial law. Prior to joining Robert James Lawyers, Bobby worked in the corporate and commercial team of a Canberra based law firm, and has broad experience advising clients across different industries on matters such as business/entity acquisitions and disposals; private fund raising (whether by equity or debt); business relationship agreements (such as shareholders’ or unitholders’ agreements); general corporate governance; and a wide range of commercial contracts. Bobby has also advised a number of not-for-profit entities and industry peak bodies on governance matters and previously was appointed to the board of a not-for-profit organisation in the ACT. Bobby prides himself on providing clients with tailored and commercially minded advice, and enjoys the challenge of taking on complex or out of the ordinary matters.

Outside of work, Bobby is a keen, though certainly not skilled, golfer and also enjoys relaxing while slowly riding his motorbike through winding mountain roads.
