Emily is an Associate in the litigation team practising in general commercial litigation and dispute resolution.  Prior to joining Robert James Lawyers, Emily worked in a Sydney based law firm practising primarily in commercial litigation.

 

Emily has appeared in a range of litigious matters in various courts, ranging from the Federal Court of Australia and all jurisdictions in Victoria and New South Wales, with additional experience in other states and territories.
