Cassidy is an Associate in the commercial law team practicing in general commercial law, with a particular focus on franchising and the pharmacy industry. Cassidy has experience working with a variety of franchising systems and pharmacy groups.

Cassidy advises commercial clients on a range of commercial matters including:
 

• ​Franchising contracts;

• Regulatory compliance with the Franchising Code of Conduct;

• Pharmacy Location Rules;

• Pharmacy regulatory matters;

• Business sales and acquisitions;

• Business structuring;

• Relationship agreements (e.g. partnership agreements, shareholder’s agreements etc.); and

• Other general commercial matters.

 

Outside of work, Cassidy plays social team sports such as basketball and netball and also enjoys waterskiing with her family and friends.
