Loren is an Associate at Robert James Lawyers with a particular focus on commercial and intellectual property matters.

Loren provides advice on a range of commercial transactions such as:

• Trademark registrability and enforcement both in Australia and overseas

• Relationship agreements (e.g. partnership agreements, shareholder's agreements etc.)

• Business sales and acquisitions (including transaction structuring)

• Private fund raising (e.g. private financing and security agreements)

• Other general commercial matters

Prior to joining Robert James Lawyers, Loren gained experience at a national commercial law firm. This experience informs her ability to identify key risks early and provide clear, strategic advice.

 

Outside of work, Loren enjoys travel, trying new foods and spending time with family and friends.
